Welcome to Camden County Notary. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered

We provide mobile notary services within Camden County, NJ. Services include notarization of legal documents, contracts, affidavits, and more. All services are performed by a commissioned New Jersey Notary Public.

2. Fees & Payment

  • Flat fee: $75 (includes travel and up to 3 signatures)

  • Additional signatures: $5 each

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

3. Appointment Policy

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • Cancellations require 24-hour notice.

  • Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

4. Identification Requirements

Clients must present valid, government-issued photo ID. We reserve the right to decline notarization if ID is insufficient or if the signer appears unwilling or unable to sign.

5. Legal Limitations

We do not provide legal advice. Our role is limited to verifying identity and witnessing signatures. For legal guidance, please consult an attorney.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure accuracy, Camden County Notary is not liable for damages resulting from errors, omissions, or misuse of notarized documents.
